Athletic Team Registration

Physical Examination

Students registering for athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Activities office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the athletics office prior to the first day of the competition.

Physicals are valid for 2 YEARS from the date of the last exam.

  • Physicals after 4/1/2021 are good until 8/1/2023

  • Physicals after 4/1/2022 are good until 8/1/2024

  • Physicals after 4/1/2023 are good until 8/1/2025

 

Athletic Fees

Athletic Fees can be paid via eFunds under the "Optional Fees" tab.  Please select each sport that students will be participating in.
